Get debug output

Open Windows command shell (press Win, type “cmd”, press enter)

Paste this into the terminal to start flyingshapes with logging:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\flyingshapes\fs-launcher.exe" -v -l

Get log files

Log files are located in “%appdata%\..\LocalLow\flyingshapes GmbH\flyingshapes\logs\launcher”

Things that might help fixing flyingshapes

restart the PC
uninstall flyingshapes and install the new version (it is enough to remove the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\flyingshapes)
Delete this folder: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\flyingshapes GmbH\flyingshapes\
